This is the project of a 2000sqm villa in the suburban area of Fuzhou. The property consists in 4 floors: 1st floor is dedicated to the common areas, living room, kitchens, tea room; 2nd and 3rd floor are dedicated to the studio, bedrooms for kids, guests and the master bedroom; B1 is the entertainment area which hosts a big dining room, tea area, cinema, KTV, swimming pool, biliard room, spa, gym and mahjong room.
Wall panels, embedded furniture and doors were all custom designed for the client, who wants to enjoy the estate for decades, thanks to a timeless design and the excellent quality of Italian furniture and materials.
